Meals with Jesus - Mary And Martha

It's the season of Thanksgiving and while most pastors and most churches might focus on the theme of "giving thanks" during this time of the year, we're focusing our attention elsewhere -- on the food! Ha! Okay, well, sort of...

Jesus loved to eat. More specifically, Jesus loved to eat with other people. Throughout the month of November, my church and I are exploring some of the many meals Jesus enjoyed as revealed in the Gospel of Luke and what the circumstances around those meals might teach us about our relationship with God and other people.

This, the second message in this series, considers the experience Jesus had in the home of the two sisters, Mary and Martha.
